We are a small group of Owners who decided to understand why there were so many lawsuits (5, and counting), why the property was raggedy and tired looking, why the assessments were so high when considering what we are paying for and not getting, why its nearly impossible to talk to anyone in charge, why there is no office and no manager, why so many units are for sale, etc.
